The discovery is the tale about about our passion for our land and for the wine that is produces. It is in this winery indeed that we would like to invite you to share with you the challenges and the peaks that I encounter everyday, while tasting our organic Franciacorta wines with tipycal food specialties: from the mouthwatering taste of Parmigiano Reggiano (24 months) to the rural taste of salame and the delicate flavour of our extra-virgin olive oil on bread. This experience in our winery, discovering the Franciacorta land and method, will be composed as following: – duration 1 hour – cost of 15 euros – tasting of di 2 Franciacorta DOCG wines, paired by typical delicatessen (from 24 months matured Parmigiano Reggiano to the rural taste of salame and the delicate flavour of our extra-virgin olive oil on bread) – tour of the winery, discovering Franciacorta wine method and terroir
